Rock Band from Derry, N.Ireland

The band began working on original material from the outset. With a number of fantastic songs already written, recorded and produced, Kites Of Iona continue to strive forward. You have to check out 'Its So Easy', 'Lay Down' and 'All Fall Down.' The band are currently working around the clock writing new material and if any of the old material is anything to go by, were all in for a very pleasant surprise. The band consists of four members with a love and passion for music. They are determined and motivated and as they write more music, their enthusiasm grows. The band began working towards a progressive rock song with some fantastic melody and a melancholy vocal. With a strong batch of songs at their disposal, they decided it was time to get their asses into the studio and get recording. They decided on the wonderful masterful production skills of Neal Calderwood at Manor Park Studios and produced their first E.P which can be found on the website.
