Bolton rock wrapped in celluloid

Drama are a hard-hitting rock 4-piece, formed in the summer of 2007 in Bolton. Observing society they write about "life, the universe and everything". With a sound that fuses rock, pop, prog and indie, Drama bombard the listener with heavy riffs and unforgettable hooks.

3 months into their gigging career, Drama finished number 2 in a North West Battle of the Bands competition, beating 46 other acts. And as of March 2008, the band has been nominated for an Indy Music Award, results of which will surface in April.

Influences include Rush, Muse, and classic/progressive rock.

   i cant really hear Rush or Muse influences here, but i guess thats only from two songs, Modern Love reminds me of a cross between Toto and Foo Fighters, its very uplifting and makes a change from the surplus amounts of generic indie bands on this site. hope you guys do well (please check out my band http://www.roadtov.com/profile/52789)
